PiscatellaThe 6 Weeks to a Healthier You® program is designed to improve your overall health. Participants are given tools to implement and sustain healthy lifestyle habits with measurable results. The program, consisting of one session per week for six weeks, and offers six critical wellness topics such as diet, exercise, and stress management. Participants receive a text, workbook. Biometric testing is required prior to and after the six-week sessions. Joe Piscatella, program author and facilitator, delivers all six sessions and incorporates CHI Franciscan Health physicians, and registered dietitians as content experts in several sessions.

About the presenter: Joe Piscatella is president of the Institute for Fitness and Health. He is the author of 16 books, has hosted three PBS television specials and has been a "guest expert" on WebMD. Joe has also served as a non-medical member of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) expert panel on Cardiac Rehabilitation. He designs and facilitates 6 Weeks to a Healthier You®, a community wellness program.
